PSUEDO PLANCHE PUSH UP

GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do a Planch
• Putting on muscle and strengthening your joints
• Building advanced body weight strength

COACHING POINTS:
• Hands slightly pointed out
• Hands a bit past shoulder width apart
• BRACE HARD, abs, and thighs
• Push your body AS FAR FORWARD as you can, hands by your hips
• Do push ups in that position

AVOID:
• Rounding shoulders
• Dropping to the ground quickly
• Dropping your hips
