GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do a Ring Pull Up
• Increasing back strength
• Increasing arm strength
• Mastering control of your body weight
• Doing pullups with shoulder pain and stiffness

COACHING POINTS:
• Start in a dead hang
• Retract scapula as you start the pull up
• Raise Chest
• Start Pull with the back, THEN use the Arms
• As you pull up you can rotate your hands
•Consistent speed all the way down

AVOID:
• Rounding Shoulders
• Loosing contact with your back
• Leaning to far back
• Dropping down quickly
