ROLLING TRICEP EXTENSIONS

GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do a Rolling Tricep Extension
• Building Strong Triceps and shoulders

COACHING POINTS:
• Stand with elbows bent and the rings by your head, lean forward until they are in line with the head
• Palms start facing one another, and end facing away from you
• Start the press by pushing through the elbows
• Extend through the triceps until your arms are straight
• Hold your body straight

AVOID
• Pushing with the shoulders
•Loosing control of the movement
• Loosing your straight body position
