COACHING POINTS:
• Normal bench set up For the Body
• PULL the weight down on one side
• As you push up on e side, pull t he other down, like a rope is attached to a pully and you you want constant tension on it the whole time
• Squeeze the chest as you press

AVOID:
• Rounding shoulders
• Lowering the weight quickly
• Rushing between reps
• Pulling the Dumbbells past your chest
