SEPTEMBER 2017 TRAINING PROGRAM

DAY 1 FOCUS:
• Start: Bench, or a high block bench to work through sticking points. Pendalay to make your back strong, and your muscles gloriously responsive
• Option 1: Bodyweight (weighted if able) and dumbell work
• Option 2: Ladder conditioning
• Finish 1: Advanced core movements
• Finish 2: Arms
• Finish 3: Simple core movements
