GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the Shrug
• Building Muscle in your back, traps, and neck

COACHING POINTS:
• Stand tall with a tight butt, abs and thighs
• Hold your shoulders in a neutral position
• Pull your shoulders up to your ears, hold for a second, controlled lower
• GRIP THE SHIT OUT OF IT

AVOID:
• Rotating the shoulders during the movement
• Loading so heavy you cant pull your shoulders to your ears
