COACHING POINTS:
• Brace with your abs
• Brace with the upper back
• Pull the bar down and around you
• Keep your wrists straight
• ROTATE YOUR FEET OUT while keeping your toes straight, create that hip tension

AVOID:
• Tipping forward
• Rounding your back
• Collapsing your knees
• Loosing tension
