GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do a Straight Leg Pull UP
• Increasing back strength
• Increasing arm strength
• Engaging your core while doing pull ups
• Gaining more control over your pull up

COACHING POINTS:
• Start in a dead hang
• Retract scapula as you start the pull up
• Raise Chest
• Pull your ribs slightly down into your hips, and tighten your abs
• Start Pull with the back, THEN use the Arms
• Keep your body PERFECTLY straight

AVOID:
• Rounding Shoulders
• Loosing contact with your back
• Disengaging your core (abs)
• Tilting forward or backward
