Day 3 FOCUS:
• Start: Distance carry for stability, strength, and conditioning. Weighted (if able) pushup, bodyweight row or pull up. All this is made to break you down, so you can get more resilient and stronger.
• Option 1: Floor press for chest and triceps, Bulgarian split squat for legs, sled push for spite
• Finish 1: Curls and pushups burnout
