COACHING POINTS:
• Lay flat with your toes pointed backwards
• Push your belly into the ground while raising the hamstrings and tightening the butt
• Hold your hands in a perfect push-up position
• Pull your shoulder blades together as you raise your hands off the ground

AVOID:
• Squeezing your shoulder blade high
• Tightening your neck
