• Learning how to do a Swan Pull Up

• Increasing arm strength
• Starting the process of learning a lever
• Gaining more control and strength for your pull up

COACHING POINTS:
• Start in a dead hang
• Retract scapula as you start the pull up
• Raise Chest
• Arch your back HIGH
• Aggressively pull your scapula as your chest raises
• Hold for 1 second at the top

AVOID:
• Rounding Shoulders
• Loosing contact with your back
• Disengaging your core (abs)
