GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the T-Bar Row
• Building Muscle in your back

COACHING POINTS:
• Brace with a Hip Hinge, Weight loaded in the hamstrings and Abs
• Pull the weight into your belly button and hips
• Pull your scapulae into the center of your back with the row
• GRIP THE SHIT OUT OF IT

AVOID:
• Stress in the lower back
• Loading so heavy you cant pull your shoulder blade into your back
