GOOD FOR:
• Learning how to do the Thruster
• Conditioning

COACHING POINTS:
• Strong Brace in the back, core and hips
• Pull your body down, don't drop it
• Aggressively drive you body out of the squat
• Reset your shoulders before going back down

AVOID:
• Loosing control
• Dropping too fast
• Loosing your shoulder brace
