• Learning how to do a Weighted Push Up
• Overloading Push Ups (Making them harder)
• Putting on muscle and strengthening your joints
• Looking awesome

COACHING POINTS:
• Normal Push Up set up
• Put the weight on your hips
• BRACE HARD
• keep a constant weight until you can do 10 reps, then increase it

AVOID:
• Rounding shoulders
• Dropping to the ground quickly
