GOOD FOR:
• Making the push up more challenging
• Putting on muscle and strengthening your joints
• Engaging the chest more during a push up

COACHING POINTS:
• Hands slightly pointed out
• Hands a bit past shoulder width apart
• BRACE HARD, abs, and thighs
• keep a constant position until you can do 10 reps, add weight or complexity

AVOID:
• Rounding shoulders
• Dropping to the ground quickly
• Dropping your hips
