• Learning how to do the Barbell Row and its variations
• Building muscle in your back
• Strengthening your grip
• Building a broader back

COACHING POINTS:
• Brace with a Hip Hinge, Weight loaded in the hamstrings and abs
• Grip the bar two hands wider than your normal row (on the outer knurling rings)
• Pull the Bar into your belly button and hips

AVOID:
• Stress in the lower back
• Loading so heavy you cant pull your shoulder blade into your back
•Pulling with your legs
