COACHING POINTS:
• Grip the bar, and retract the scapula, sqieeze the lats
• Pull your knees to chest
• Pull up until you are parallel to the floor, extend the legs out straight
• Fully rotate your hips to the left, then to the right, CONTROL the movement
• Return to start position, then lower

AVOID:
• Relaxing your back
• Rotating your lower back, it is your hips that move
• Loosing tension and control
